Assistant Training Manager (Banking-contact centre focused)

Salary Range: 40,000 - 45,000

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and access the training needs for frontline staff of contact centre
- Design, develop and deliver customer service and soft skills training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training, ROI and more
- Maintain a good relationship and liaise with external training vendors for training programmes
- Undertake any ad hoc training projects when needed
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant training experience in banking-call centre/ customer service
- Experience in Banking or telecom is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
