Customer Service Officer (Insurance, 5 days work, Mon-Fri)

Job Responsibilities
- To handle customer enquiries and complaints through hotline, email to provide one-stop resolution
- To maintain and develop good relationships with customers
- To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly
- To assist on ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE: 1,2,3,4,5)
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in insurance industry
- Good service mindset and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills
